I generated this proposal with the help of Google's Gemini AI, working on a revolutionary platform called NotebookLM, which is what those in tech call a 'Retrieval-Augmented Generation' system, or 'RAG.'  It enables Gemini to draw directly from a set of sources, rather than relying only on the information it was trained on.

 I told Gemini what I wanted it to write in drawing from 20 source documents and it wrote it. You’ll see the result.

Smartacus, on which we host Civic Conversations on critical issues pertaining to the development and deployment of AI and the brain/computer interface.

"AI and the Human," where we feature faith perspectives on the future, creating an interfaith dialogue on the moral and spiritual dimensions of AI.

"Darwin's Edge," our expert-driven, AI-augmented projection of life in Upstate New York in 2045.

Each of these platforms is powered by AI, leveraging RAG systems to provide clear, accurate, and insightful content.

We aspire to spearhead a national conversation. We’re starting in Saratoga Springs.
